Datassential keeps its AI secure by using approved, licensed enterprise AI platforms under business agreements that include protections against Datassential or customer data being used for model training. These tools are cloud-based and accessed through Datassential’s managed corporate environment, not through unlicensed consumer accounts, and their use is governed by internal security, access, and acceptable-use policies. We review provider security and privacy controls as part of our approval process and apply our existing identity, access, and network security safeguards to help ensure AI usage remains controlled, secure, and aligned with our customer data protection commitments.
